At NICOLEWORKSHOP, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
